Deposits are due at the time of signing the Contract. The deposit acts as a damage deposit and retainer for the cost of any loss, damages or extraordinary janitorial costs or staffing charges. Deposit
are held until all outstanding payments are made to GICS.
120 Days notice of cancellation must be given in writing or the Presenter will be required to pay the full rental rate for the period of the Contract. Owned by CMHC - Granville Island and managed by the Granville Island Cultural Society, Performance Works is now a multifunctional, flexible black box theatre space booked year round with some of Vancouver's most exciting performance events and productions. |
